A Major Oil and Gas Company
Vyom Labs long time customer, a major oil and gas company went live with Remedy v9 in early January 2017 and is piloting MyIT to replace SRM, eventually supporting large user base. They have also implemented Smart IT and Smart Reporting. This was an upgrade from earlier version of Remedy. Vyom Labs followed BMC recommended Remedy Upgrade best practices and executed the upgrade. This was a highly customized environment with much integration.
A Leading Commercial Bank
Vyom Labs customer went live in January with Remedy v9 and rolls out Smart IT and MyIT along with Smart Reporting. Vyom Labs helped build the knowledge base and customized their SRM interface according to the needs of a Bank.
A Leading American Bank
A Leading Bank went live with Remedy v9, MyIT, Smart IT, and Smart Reporting in January 2017.
Vyom Labs was also awarded with post implementation product and operational support.
A Large Retail Company
A division of a multinational conglomerate holding company is still under implementation and plans to go live with Smart IT, MyIT and Smart Reporting this summer of 2017. Lots of interest around Smart IT.
Stock Exchange
Vyom Labs customer went live in 2016 with Remedy v9 along with My IT, Smart IT and Smart Reporting components. Vyom Labs did case exchange integration of Remedy v9 with CA service desk tool. Also, Vyom Labs designed the ITIL Processes.
